I so know how your feeling. I am getting married in June and there's no way Im racing unless it's an "us" vacation . But neither of us have been there, so I guess I don't totally know what I'm missing until I have ben there alone .

"HONEYMOON IN VEGAS" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring the wifey along. You guys will have a blast. About the only time I didn't have fun was when I was younger and had to tag along with my parents. Couldn't do much back in the late 80s/early 90s. Nowadays...they got everything for anyone.

I read somewhere that only about 10% of the people that visit vegas are actually there to gamble.

BTW, congrats on getting married. You're a stronger man than I am.

I just heard that brushless motors are now legal for ROAR and IFMAR. So does this mean that brushless motors will be legal to run at Vegas this year? Please make brushless legal Scotty! It would be alot of fun!

I think they are legal only in Mod. Are they competitive in Mod ?

They are only legal in mod.

I PM'd DerekB to see if XRC might do a solid comparative article (they have benchmarking resources. . . ) but haven't heard back from him yet. I think that would be extremely useful to know - just how comparable are the various brushless to typical brushed mods at 10x or 12x or 8x. . .
