Thanks much for the info. Perhaps 64 pitch is the way to go on these cars.

it's the only way to keep your sanity with the high ratios.

and if you think your going to strip them use the old trick of putting some folded paper in between the gears making it tight and then rotating the paper out to get a perfect mesh...

What? Monkeys, wild boars, bones, and ear piercing beeping sounds? Yup, sounds like VTA to me.

wow, haven't seen that movie since I was probably nine or ten years old...should watch it again, maybe it would make more sense these days...

anyway, big anniversary/trophy race tonight in Ft. Wayne, hopefully I can keep it in the B...sounds like a lot of guys from out of town are coming in for it...might have enough for A, B, and C mains in VTA...and I get the chance to crack up the new body!

We have enough cars for a C main on alot of the normal club race nights. I am hoping for enough for a D main tonight.

Also don't forget Summit RC Raceway in Fort Wayne is hosting a VTA national event on March 1st thru the 3rd. I am hoping to see lots and lots of you there!! http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...summit-vta.pdf
