Should be an improvement over the king pin suspension with the ability to control compression and rebound up front along with easy ride height adj.

Got to like the alum rear and steering system also......

On Order and awaiting ETA from 3Racing.

I'm so going to have to wait for all the upgrades and then get a second car. I'd like to see all the issues worked out and just have a new rev. of the complete kit.

I love that new front suspension design with the inboard shocks and rocker arms!! Very scale looking!

From the way the car is designed and looking at the upper deck, I think maybe that was their original intention with the design of the front suspension. Maybe they went with the simple sliding kingpin design for the first batch of cars just to get it out there and make some money, and now maybe they are going to what likely was the original design that we never saw; or maybe they are simply going to offer it as an option, which is the most likely scenario.

Either way, I love it!

Ran the Shimizu soft front and rears. Gotta love the sound of tire squeals around corners! A few more details to work through, like ride height and balance, but honestly pretty decent.

Note: a rear ride height of 3.5 mm with the kit damper springs is no good. The car shows definite signs of dragging the bottom edges as much as 1/2 inch in on each side. I put the car up to 6 in the rear and 5.5 in the front for next practice.

Your car still looked pretty decent tonight. I think the ride-height changes will make noticeable gains too.

I asked this question once before and never got an answer. What size turnbuckle wrench do I need for the turnbuckles on the FGX? I first bought a 3 mm, too small. I then bought a 4 mm, too big. Can someone tell me what size wrench to buy and where from?

Ok guys. We all had problems with the arms. Glued the reinforcements in place problem solved

NOW what can be done about the weak upper deck? Snapped two tonight. Any help would be appreciated. Don't want to spend the money on a rabbit and not hitting the walls is not an option. Don't lie, we all hit them.

I have been using one of those baseball bat shaped lunsford wrenches. must be 1/8" since that is a hair bigger than 3mm. Only problem is this wrench is too fat to fit the rear camber links.
