Team Losi sells locking wheel hexes in three sizes; stock, stock+.03, and stock+.06=AE. They're nicely machined!

Edit: .....right, I assumed, and you know what that means. Anyway, Team Losi sells great tools, too! Check out their hex DRIVER sets.

I have had the tools since they came out and I have not bent or broken or stripped and tips. They just simply rock!!

The new hexs are fantastic!!! The machining is awesome!!!

I saw it posted either here or jrxs.com and saved it:

Sorry for the not so good quality, J. F. may know where the better version is.

i raced tonight after about a month and a half break after the nats. i obtained a set of newer material arms at the nats but didn't really hit anything since i drive paranoid when qual points are used. tonight i didn't have to hold back a bit, so i had a few "incidents" involving my car and some 2x4's. i didn't break a single thing, and a few of these hits were hard enough to shear the graphite arms in half.

anyway, thanks for experimenting with new materials Losi, looks like you've found a winner with this new stuff.

Where did you get the new arms? I assume you're talking about the EA3 material...

i'm pretty sure they're the EA3 material. they're not the graphite composite, much darker in color, and came from a nice guy who drives a red and yellow paint job

That is great to hear. At SW we used the arms and they worked great. No one broke a arm all weekend. The new car will come with full EA3 components.
