Ive seen numerous driver's cars, i ran tech at the Indoor Champs and also seen Andrew Gray's car first hand and got to mess around with it. Car looks awesome, im not happy with the wait, but for $295 im sure it will be worth it.

295 is what most lhs are paying horizon for them. most shops i've spoken with will sell them to you near cost if you have a good relationship with them (ie - you actually support them, vs searching the internet / ebay to save $ .50, you burn in shipping)

349 is horizons minimum advertised price. Starting to get off topic hear. Talk with your lhs. If they can't be honest with you about business, I don't know if I'd be willing to support their shop. dealer cost isn't a matter of national security. I like to know how much of what I pay will go to the track. I could really care less if the lhs gets kits for 300, and I pay 350. Means 50 bones goes into the track!

my thoughts.

Any thoughts on whether or not the JRXS would make a good oval sedan? I figure it is to early to tell since most of us have not even seen one in person. I really like the looks of the car and hope it will pull double duty as my oval sedan.......

As far as oval racing goes you can convert almost any car for that. Although, you want to make sure that the car is balanced specifically for oval if so. There is a difference. Most of the oval cars are setup to make sure the weight transfer is towards the inside of the track/corners, by using battery placement on the inside track side or springs/tires that will help the car turn around the oval with very little steering needed to keep from scrubbing speed.
I'm still of the belief that if you want an oval car, get an oval car. It will cost less in the long run.

This is an incorrect statment. the 3700's will not be larger. They are infact slightly shorter, and the diamter is about .01 bigger. There is no reason for these cells to not work in the JRX-S
