technically speaking... unless he is only partial support, it was GIVEN to him to drive... and is sill considered property of TL= hence not his to sell. Besides, Im sure he has a contract that would make many legal problems for him if he was to do such a thing.

I dont think the partial support (50%) team would have gotten cars yet.

I "THINK" that KenShin stands for Ken Shintani (not positive) who works at Losi. Therefore Losi are the ones who posted pics of the new car. It wasn't a team driver and know one is going to get in trouble. They obviously are ready for the public to see it. Good strategy!

YUP. Do you think Losi is mad about this, look at the buzz for this car. The cars wouldn't have been sent out to some drivers if it wasn't supposed to be seen.

Guys this was a pic of a team drivers car, losi did not post the pics or have anything to do with them being posted, other then send their car out for testing.

It probably is a team drivers car because losi usually does not show pics untill the car is released.

I would think that if they were offical Losi pics, they would have shown a complete car with shocks and would have had a nicer backdrop other than that wooden crate.

Pictures can be used under the Fair Use Act. I cant wait to see the production version. That car in the pics is still a little rough. The battery down the center is the best way to design a car. Any idea on when the production car will be released?
