Jon: I just use the smart tray, I have never really liked dead shorting my packs...

Hmm, I think I can guess which pole got nailed, seeing as how I almost wrapped my car around it twice myself. Damn dot in the kink.

It's not a kink now, i'ts a two lane freeway next to a forest with no shoulder

Bill-- I really haven't gotten to thouroughly test as well as I would have liked, but it seems to get the job done. Durring the initial testing I did it did seem to slightly improve the discharge performance of the pack I was using to test.

There was a large 36" dia. pine tree next to the road on highway 2 just above Wrightwood. It was very common on cold, icy mornings to see cars plowed into that tree on my way to work. Saw lots of bent sheetmetal and a few deaths at it's base.....they finally moved the entire road.

Evic: Did you do much damage to your car? Really was a rather spectacular hit......

Lard......I've got enough to keep me racing for a long time.....

Who is a CB? Me? nah, I was laughin' about it!

Actually the earth isn't exactly round... it's slightly squished due to the centripetal force caused by the rotation of the planet
