I tried to order an Osella a few months ago, but the ordering part of the website was a little quirky. Has anyone successfully ordered one recently?

I just looked at my copy of RC Racing News of the 1982 Ifmar Worlds, Art did use a Kraft radio system, in fact , Kraft took out a full page advertisement showing that fact of Art in action on the drivers stand.

The body is supposed to be a model of a real Cam-Am car from the '80's that was called the CRC II.

Hirobo Ashura! Definitely a legendary car!

Here's the real car. It's actually a CAC-2, but it's sponsored by CRC, a lubricant company.

I just stumbled on this thread almost by accident. Here are a couple of pictures of a car I bought new about 1985. If I remember right it's an Associated RC12i. Wish I had kept it 100% stock with the resistor speed control. You guys think I would be able to find a stock plate and speed control to restore this? I had the motor that came with it on a workbench for probably 30 years or so. Of course now that I'm looking for it it's not there. Would like to find one of those too with the original plug and such although I could probably find one of those to wire in. Thanks in advance

He never used a Futaba brown box. Before the Kraft he used Delta's own radio.
