Hi guy,

I post some pics of the last replica car I made, for this time it's an 1/12 famous car,
The RC12L Prototype car from the WC 1986 in LAS VEGAS and win by Tony Neisinger,

I made the car from pics I have from RC article, I hand made the graphite chassis and the upper plate.
I need to made the right T bar with the good ball from DELTA Car, Thanks to Kent for his help.

I search the good micro switch with white button, and for the motor I have the right REEDY green point,
with yellow sticker canand the old silver head but my sticker can is in bad shape.
The rear body mount are died so I search some new or like new but from Associated and not from Parma,
the screen is bigger on the Parma body mount kit.

And for the body, some sticks are hard to find, the REEDY Chrome can, and the Bear Racing & FOX Racing, USA Team too.

Well now the pics:

Thumbs up Magic Carpet Ride!

That thing is sweet! I love the swaybar, about the only parts i have for that would be for the pod i have the upper and lower plates and both purple sides.Aside from that just the t bar and a few front end pieces. She is a beauty tho! Those sanyo 1700's were pretty tough too.A friend of mine had a box of them that sat for years and they still held a good charge when he tried them...Amazing!

Chris, nice paint job.

Minor correction, its a Kyosho Axis EX.

BTW, would you be able to repeat that paint job on the correct body? If so LMK.

Someone knows of the Parma Tiger? It seems this was Parma´s first 1/12 car before the Panther.

Had to go and look, your correct (not my auction bty). I hope it helps his auction sell better/higher. As to your question on doing the scheme on the correct body I sent you a pm.

awesome photos! I've been running 1/12th scale cars since the days of the AE 12E, and yet I've never seen some of those very cool old chassis. And they all looked to be so well prepared. VERY COOL. I especially enjoyed seeing the chain drive 4wd cars. Only once did I ever see anybody running a chain drive 1/12th scale car in the US. Pretty sure that his was a tamiya....and it handled great. thanks so much for sharing the pics. They helped me to remember fondly the early days of RC racing, which in many ways were my favorite RC days.
