has any one done this. Is it safe or will it blow?

After posting on other HW post, i find out that the front page (1) software are not (?) linked to the right program: V1.63 (1224) is loading as V1.63_110105 and does not have the software V3.0_101224 on it (which I am looking for)

Maybe all the links could be checked to make sure they are all working fine, then maybe I am looking for the wrong version/program but so far wasn't able to load what I am looking for.

The track im running at has a 50m long straight and a fairly flowing infield

After numerous tries, it appears that 224 version is not loading on my Window 7 from that link, but works fine on XP.

As you can see from my rantings on the supercharged thread ive just got the HW usb link to work and i have 224 as an option!
How does 224 differ from 211?
Ive just read from a search that you cant upgrade an ezrun with another programme. Is this right?

Just got the xtreme stock and looking for a starting point setup. Will be running touring, 13.5t HPI flux pro,high grip Carpet, tight but with 25-30m straight. Very heavy handed on the throttle.

As a safe starting point i was going to run
FDR 6.95
boost timing 36
turbo open 6/0.1
over heat on
turbo 24
boost start 9000rpm
Delay 0.3
boost acc 450

Anything anyone would suggest different and what should i be looking to change first or setup in what order?

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I can only about 0.5 sec of each lap of the leaders, i went round the track with them while racing and noticed that they get good pull of after slow corners.

Any help would be great thanks and good racing.

Chck temps after 2 mins, if too hot increase timing acc to 450.

Try the settings I just posted for the orca motor below. Your timing acc, start rpm and fdr are killing you out of the corners.

Make sure you check your temps!

any body use the xerun 60A for twelve scale? gonna try to race it in 13.5 boosted class in a yokomo r12.Any set ups for 12 scale?

these look pretty good to me, not sure on the fdr with these motors as i understand they have a pretty small window. if you stick with these esc settings and mess about with the fdr you should get pretty close.
