Each package contains 12 ball ends, and RPM offers shock shaft bottoms and shock spring cups too - although I'm pretty sure those are just for matching looks and are not actually "beefier" than stock as the ball ends are, someone correct me on that?

the part # for TC3 and TC4 FT screw kits are not the same...
the kit comes with FT Blue Aluminum screws already... if you're looking into the screw kit just for spares... you can get the TC4 FT screw kit but it is for the Team Car which means you will need to additionally purchase some of the screws that are new to the FT TC4 (i.e. 7869 4-40x3/4 FHCS)...

the #31054 TC4 FT Aluminum Screw kit is for use with a Team Kit.
as far as using a TC3 screw kit for a Team Kit TC4, it will be something like 90% compatible... there will be a few screws that are different...
