Toooshay (If I'm gunna spell it wrong at least I can do it with flair)
Maybe I should have explained better. I have tested the chassis on several relatively flat surfaces with all the same results. i.e. the same amount of rocking in the same direction. I have tried it on a set up board and counter tops and a marble bathroom counter and laminate kitchen counter. all the same results. Aside from manufacturer defects and hot batteries warping the chassis what other ways are there for a chassis to go bad like this? I dont mind dropping the 20 bucks to replace the chassis, but I want to keep it from happening again as this has become a royal pain in the rear.

i'm going to ask the obvious... how used is the chassis? ... if you have wear on the underside of the chassis, it can easily be the cause of it seeming "tweaked" on a flat surface...

The chassis was only used on carpet so although it has been used for several months, it has no wear. I am assuming you meant wear from racing asphalt, right?

Bob-Yeah you're right. And teh one posted looks like a good deal. I got to get out of the dog house for getting the FK05 first. May be a month or two.

Default Barry's Set-up

Does anyone have Barry Baker's set up for the recently concluded paved on-road nats for the ft? Or could anyone at least post a link to a site that has it? Thanks!

Hey guys, i got a bit of tracktime yesterday, met Tag of Express Motorsports, he came up for some practice for the Halloween Classic... hes a cool guy. He didnt stay long though, long drive home for him. I tried a completely different setup for my FT, it worked well. Still pushed a bit coming into/middle of the corner, but i think it is a really good place to start for standard foams (no two stage) on the rug. How did everyone elses racing go this weekend?
