wayne has figured out by the spin of the earth that you need that extra tweek on the front right.
i believe that wayne said the molds for the lower arm is off. the lower arm on the right give a different caster and the extra shim in the front corrects that problem

I'm guessing it's because of molding issues to make the caster the same.
I use the crc aluminum 5 degree blocks.

Here's my new electronic layout. I removed the solder post from the speed control and soldered the negative wires from the bottom side. On the postive, soldered the motor lead to the bottom side and the positve to the top side. I really like the motor wires that way. Lots of flex and no way it can bind up the rear. I need to shorten up the battery lead though.
Oh, yea. My wife found that cool stapping at the dollar store!
