Don't forget all the brushes we had not to mention that bad batch of "F" brushes that went around

I used Trinity xxx or H cut, never had the joy of finding the F brushes, maybe the F was for Faulty

H-cuts were nice but I found 767's to be the most consistent brush. 769's also ran well. Do I need to buy a lathe again

Call me crazy but for the last 3 years of brushed racing we ran full face 4499's F's or On a rare occasion when we ran the Peak/Orion motors the P brush I think it was called, the brush that came with the motors.

It all depended on what the good batch of whatever was at the time. Purple and Red spring and done.

Full 767's with the spring of the week was the deal the last time I ran 19t brushed.
Don't miss those motors at all

F brush was used by us for most stuff over the last few years of brushed racing....we did use 4499 and 767 on occassions, but they were not usually run of the mill......Peter did lots of weird stuff with brushes, sometimes I think he may of had sex with them.....

You could not of paid me to run the Peak/Orion brush.......

All brushes suffered from good and bad batches. We had a batch of 4499 that were amazing...luckily I ordered 5000 of them, so we had a good stock on them.....same with Fbrushes....they had one amazing batch, one terrible batch.....then the rest were good brushes.

A 768/769 is a 767 with a hole or cut (can't remember which was which)....100% same compound though.

I say 17.5 spec, 17.5 open and Mod, It's a NATIONAL EVENT! Let's race and stop all this new comer stuff. I had been racing for 5 years before I attended my first National Event.
