Most likely an AE prototype. I believe all the factory AE pilots were running this car at the Worlds, and expect that it is at least an iteration of what the next 12th from AE will look like.

I saw some running a different center shock. Also some parts were not anodized and some were team ae colors. Congrats to you and the team good finish at the worlds.
Big question is Santa going to bring me one of these?

Bottom screw can touch screw from a-arm ...

Keven's car is the prototype AE 12R5.2. Volker and I ran production versions which differ slightly in that the aluminum is anodized blue, we use the AE center shock, and the front suspension mounts from the outside of the bulkhead with a single screw (no inserts)

It is only a problem if you use the wrong screw length

The chassis is narrowed all around, not just the sides Not sure if this will be a production item or not.

Is there a new car kit, conversion kit or conversion parts on the way out soon?

There will be a new car kit which should be announced this week. It will be in stores in time for the carpet racing season.

There won't be a conversion kit but all the parts can be fitted to an older car so you can buy the parts as you need them.
