I saw that kit... was thinking of picking it up if Trackside carries it. Also want to get that officially corrally pit towel so I can feel all special. Might as well look good while I bounce off the walls for a while! lol

Any recommendations on the pliers?

Porsche Designs has a set of ergonomic hobby pliers for about $3,000... Otherwise, just get a couple sizes of comfortable hobby pliers.

Just completed building an RDX Carpet kit and the Corally tool set was VERY helpful; however, their tips appear to be made of low quality materials. Still, I will probably replace them with the same tools as they wear out.

That is RDX du Brut. Just a dap behind your ears and the girls will come running...Not.

Actually, I couldn't find that part number (#80120) in the Corally parts list. So, I used "trusted" shock oil.

80120 is the 20Wt Shock Oil. Its in page 2 of the manual

Highwayman: I'm pretty sure that is 20wt, that's what it says in the parts list.

I was standing next to Atomic when he replied with 20wt to someone asking about the shock oil. Yeah, 20wt it is.

Actually....... the Red Shock oil is 20wt. The now included clear oil is 30wt. They switched it when they put the 1.3mm pistons in the kits instead of the 0.9mm pistons.

I would lean the front shocks in one hole. Perhaps also try flat hingepins with 4 deg blocks instead of the kickup.

Well, SXT 1.0 and 2.0 are designed specifically for Rubber Tire asphalt TC or for 12th asphalt. I have heard of people using the 2.0 compound on carpet inconjuction with Niftech or something else.

Default shocks?

hello all just have a shock question? when building the corally shocks do you fill to top run it up and down a few times to get air out then let sit for a while then put the diaphram, shocktop, then the shock cap on or do you guys put them all together and then screw it on also how full do you fill the shocks? i am having trouble with leaking shocks i have allready ruined a set of diaphrams by tightening it to much. so any ideas how you guys build your shocks would be nice thanks
