Quick question, I noticed that the manual shows the guide for the belt at the front. To fit this I had to change the Diff(or spool) the otherway around, ie wide side to the right, opposite to the rear(as shown in the manual), is this what other people have done ? - thanks Andy

Andy re-read the manual I think you might have installed it incorrectly, provide a picture. Maybe we can help.

The diffs are always supposed to be opposite of each other front and rear.

Same if you are using a diff and a spool, or a diff and a one-way. The front belt has to be on the inner pulley on the layshaft.

Jeff or CorallyUSA, I didn't get a chance to call about some parts. I might be making a road trip to the shop on Friday. I am putting a diff in the front end and would like to know if you all have most of the parts for a complete diff. I have an extra one piece pulley that I will be using and just need the rest items. I'll check here or try to call before I leave...

We have all the parts seperately..... but I think it is cheaper to just buy a new lightweight diff and use the one piece pulley.

3 shims...... 1mm each on each of the roll center blocks. 12 shims on the front end to widen it.
