This bug/addiction sucks! I just put one on order along with a Hitec HS-645MG servo. Now all I need to do is figure out what BL system to use! Any suggestions? I need to go a little cheap on that though...

I suggest one of these. Brushless and cheap do not go together though.

Are you racing or going for high speed runs?

For racing, I suggest 2000KV or lower.

Anytime you go with something like that, you risk spending more money because they are not reliable. There is no warranty or customer service.

If it dies in a week, you'll just end up having to buy another one, where if you spend that money up front on a good system, you'll at the least have some sort of warranty and customer service.

If going cheap, find yourself a used RX8 or MMM ESC. Plenty of cheap motors around.

If you are active duty check with Tekin or Castle, they have a great military discount program. You need to be active duty and you must place you order from your military e-mail address.

Wow, I wish that site was around 6 months ago when I was building my 1/8 rally conversion. Ended up buying a 1/8 suby body from some german rallygame site because I couldn't find squat locally. Bookmarked for when I start working on a 1/8 TC this summer.
