Parts that have worn routinely are the drive shafts. I've noticed wear on my rear diff pulley, but someone's pointed out this is likely because of oil leaking from the diff, collecting fine dust/dirt and having an abrasive effect. Since rebuilding it with some tips from others, it doesn't leak anymore.
