Keep in mind the new rear arms are longer and the new rear hubs are offset to make up for it.
If your running new arms with old hubs your trackwidth is going to be pretty wide ( I would be curious to know how wide?)
The old rear hubs will soften the suspension from a leverage standpoint also..........just something to keep in mind when mixing old and new parts.

In the rear I am running standard mounts front and offset rear+.5mm to get my toe in. With the standard hubs and Sweep QTS32 tires/wheels the car is just under 190mm...
Thanks for pointing out the hub difference i haven't really taken a good look at the two parts together so I figured they would be close.
The one thing i did notice was the difference in the steering block shape because you lose ~20 degrees of steering if you use a standard TC6 block with a TC6.1 caster block due to the added width of the new caster block...

Front arms are the same length. Just a beefier design for the arms, caster blocks and steering knuckles.
Old rear end to new rear end appear to be very close if not the same.......just a change in the geometry.

Yo guys,
Sold my RDX Phi'09 and all the stuff with it.
Starting all over again for this summer outdoorseason.
Want to decide on which direction to go, car wise...
Thought of T3 '12 at first and some other cars. But TC 6.1 is appealing too.
Why should I buy the TC6.1 and not one of the other cars?
Please no arguments about:
- what my friends race
- if there is a supplier nearby for spares and so on
- if there is much knowledge in the club
- and money isn't that much of an issue either
I am a sucker for american cars in general, drove a Chrysler Sebring up untill a few years ago. So the TC6.1 would be more a choice of the heart. But that is not very rational, now is it.
So I am very curious as to what your advise would be.

If there aren't any objective arguments and/or explanations than why in God's heaven would one prefer the TC6.1 over the T3'12?

Tc-6.1 is a great car, the set up window is very large. The car comes with every option you will need.
In capable hand both cars will go the same speed, They are both pro-level tc's.
Price point on the ae car is much more tolerable.
Weather you want to hear this or not; parts availability will not be a problem with the ae car.
You have great team guys like Keven, Rick and Sean willing to help out online.
Ae has a great customer service dept.
