LOL unrealistic paint job on an unrealistic body. If I could only count the number of real GT cars that looked like that...what a flagrant violation of why USGT was created. Oh well, time to get out of this silly hobby anyway. If Im going to have a money pit it might as well be my motorcycle which I can actually ride to other places.

Why am I laughing? I raced onroad back in the foam tire days. I left back in 2009 due to life work commitments and about 1.5 years ago got back into it. From 2009 until now, wow, these things have got way fast, but still fun. So I started racing USGT. I wasn't apart of the beginning, nor care about the spirit of the body rules (ESPECIALLY about how one is painted). I liked the look and how they are different from a normal TC body. Are these "realistic" in real racing? Hell no. But to quit a hobby over bodies and the fact that not everyone was around or cares about making it look like a real race car...really?
To each their own. If there was that big of a rub for you, how about do 21.5 TC or WGT-R, or 1/12.

Lets not screw around here. "Real paint" doesn't matter. And if you need examples of extravagant paint, look up the BMW and Porsche art cars. Give me high effort paint jobs. Spraybomb flouro green, yellow, and orange is boring, lazy, and if I can see through your paint, you're either lazy or far to concerned about two grams. That person put effort into their paint, that's awesome.
Even my single "color" car for USGT, actually has two colors on it, and masking. And then a couple hours of decals.

I kind of have to laugh at this and your signature man. That is a classic RC paint job and I LOVE it! I actually am a painter and love how the checkers look.
