*update*

I brought my car with me to the off road race last night to see if more eyes could see/catch something that I didn't. Well, the first suggestion; pull the front wheels off and see if it still does it. It does, but not nearly as bad. So we started noticing the how much the wheels and tires chatter just spinning. Not REALLY bad, but as you saw in the vid, anything more than about 30 degrees of deflection and it sounds like its gonna fly apart. Though we can't see any marks on the suspension, we can see some minor scratches on the inside of the rims. So it's gotta be hitting something, we just can't see it. I plan to use a wax pen(white wax) on the inside of the wheels. In theory, the wax will rub off on the black suspension and show me where it's hitting it. It was suggested I dremel a tiny bit of material where ever it hits. I really don't want to do that, but I'm running low on ideas.

I plan to try the dremel trick to clearance the CVDs. I'll check to confirm they work freely in all directions, and that there's no loc tite on them.

Default xray 009 flex setups

It would be nice to know why, as i've tried this myself and it gives a bit more steering but less stability at the rear. I left a message on the xray 009 forum, but haven't yet read a real response yet on chassis flex and what experiences people have had when taking out just the front or rear section flex setting screws, especially for indoors.

I know when I put the rear top deck 2 screws in, the rear end is more stable and when I take out the rear lower screws out at my local club the car is very snappy.

Well, I got tired of the pathetic turn in combined with an overwhelming loose condition exiting corners, and bought myself a new ball diff. While I haven't tested it on the track yet(I can in about a week and a half) I did get to try revving it up and turning the front wheels. That chatter, is all but GONE. It seems the spool was the source of all my problems, and now its gone! I'll report back what I find on the track. Thanks for the help guys!

Ok, I should have said "Mostly Gone" There's a bit of vibration, but not so much that I feel it will affect the handling. Before, it was nothing but frustrating to drive. Hopefully, the new diff up front will cure that. And yes, I said BUT!

Alrighty, I got a chance to test the new ball diff. SUCCESS! It was the spool that made the car handle like crap(as I'm sure a spool works for some people, it did NOT work for me). Now that I have a ball diff up front, the car is much easier to drive fast.
