I'm ordering the Kydex brace tomorrow. I've got the red bumper but it looks bad with the stock brace.

that's good too... i actually have all three bumpers in my car. (makes it a little front heavy)

... the front bumper that came with the G+ is kinda stiff, under heavy impact, it tends to break... i like to put the clear upper brace to reduce this breakage...

Dually, the only problem is that it doesent fit in the spot the ESC is supposed to go, so i have the reciever, ESC, Servo, and motor almost touching eachother, no glitch problems that i can see.....

Its pretty cool actually, i just got new rubber for it and you can hear the tires trying to get traction, like a burnout

Smacked it into a curb at topspeed and shattered the front arm, went to store and got a new one that turned out to be for the rear, DOH!

I just finished assmebling the car. It went together great like all the Losi's I had assembled before. I am using the Tod Hodge carpet set-up as a starting point and will run the car next week. If it runs as well as everyone says it does I am sure I will be a happy camper.

Pkranger....if you are going to be running foams on carpet I would also say try the MF foam set up. I tried it last weekend and it was very nice and easy to drive.

I have not seen the new spur gears out yet they look nice but the color is kinda ugly.....as long as they last longer then stock ones Im all for UGLY gears.

Yeah I wanna get some of those kevlar spurs, I stripped my first spur and dont want that to happen again. It'd be cool if Losi would make a color choice for the kevlar spurs by how many teeth it has, but maybe that tan brown color is the only color they can make using kevlar material.
Just a side comment I thought was interesting, My hockey skates are made out of kevlar and they take a beating on the ice, so I would expect the kevlar spur to be very strong, and they say quiet so let's hope that too.

Are the new kevlar spur gears from Losi suppose to just be stronger or what?
