Just wasd on IRS website and their spool is very nice looking. Do most run a spool on tight tracks and the one way on larger more flowing tracks.

What will be the mian differance I will see between a front spool and a front one way? I know I will have all 4 wheels braking with the spool. What are the other main differances?

Thanks
Brian

pro3user- What type of stock motor are you running? That will help get you a more complete answer.

The IRS front spool is great. It well made and the front bones they offer really go well with the spool. The replacable pins are a nice idea although I think that the Schumacher type blades would be the ticket. Dragon RC talked about releasing their front spool for the XXXS for about a year now and still nothing. IRS' spools are already on the shelf and in racer's cars.

If the track is 100FT. or longer start with a 33 tooth pinion

pro3user- If you just need a bit more topend try going up to a 34 tooth pinion. as far as the shocks go you want the .28 in the front and the .36 in the rear. If you have anymore questions ask them here. All of the guys on this thread will help you any way they can.

I don't know where you are located in Maryland. Locally here, I know at least 2 TeamLosi drivers. Todd Lewis and Andrew Gray.

We hang out in Gaithersburg, Maryland . But right now not as much. Outdoor season, people gone different ways.

The Track website.

Andrew halped me out alot on my XXX-S G+, which I just bought 2 weeks ago.

I don't know if they get on here much.. But if you catch them, they would be glad to answer all of your questions and help out any ways they possibily can.

STLNLST....I've seen the Dragon RC spools for the xxxs and even tired it out. Its nice but you must use the pin cushion thingies with it or else your axle will wear it really fast.

this is STLNLST @MO's house......my LHS has the IRS spools in stock and I don't see them getting in the dragon one's anytime soon. The IRS spool is around $30. How much was the dragon one?
