TCX prefer ..., however with the spool TA05 think there are compatibility issues with the drive shafts (including spool 416).

yup. you'd need to use the tamiya axles if you'll use the geardiff/spool from tamiya. but i'd think the upside would be that you could also use the 46mm steel universals from tamiya instead of the aluminum ones from HB (well, at least until HB comes out with 46mm steel universals or DCJ's)

I am currently using MIP46mm HPI and those are pretty strong as steel and with better smoothness, however for now I'm not going to make changes to use SpecR diff. 416, expect to be ready for a specific kit TCX (I hope the original HB )

hoping for that too! an HB gear diff. would still want to see 46mm steel universals of DCJ's from HB too

Wow!

TCX at Stormers for only $399.

Very attractive at that price, especially for a Japanese car. The TC6 and Photon now has competition price-wise!

Snatch them, that is the lowest thus far! Wow, they are $50 cheaper than SpeedTechRC.

Oh I see Stormer wants to play the "supply and demand" game (it's now $420). Fair enough... I'll vote with my wallet accordingly.

It almost seems like they should just put them all on Ebay and get it over with!!!! hmmm......
