Nice!

Looks like three piece shaft will be used in the new design. It is also listed lower than the 415.

Looks like a 3 piece shaft, aluminum gearbox, Tub Chassis?

Can't wait to see it in person.

Is it me, or does the gear box looks like to be open and un-sealed, just like the Baracuda.

Damned spooky...

Not by just making the whole thing out of alloy, but to reduce it
down to just 3 interlocking "walls" with 1 bearing holder each.
(yes you'll have to remove half the thing to access the diff ala 414)

The top & front could be left visible and just covered with lexan;
there'll be 2 holes on the front edges of the side plates for the
shocktower, small clamps ala 415 for the sway bars.

arh well...another year another car......a few bulkheads more or less/looks like a baracuda/looks like the tbe3/different colour/more this/more that/longer this /shorter that...

...if indeed we're moving forward with regard to innovation, at what pace and at what price?

Next will be a TA05 and TRF415MII etc. I thought this was a hobby, you know, something you keep yourself busy and enjoy with the few extra bucks you have left at the end of the month. Does spending another $350 really going to make you a champ, do you really need a new car that has changed only slightly.

Tamiya and Intel......accross the ocean, but the same sad business ethics....milk the consumer !!!

Just my bit.........still waiting for the TA05

I hope they use the exact same 3 peice shaft from tech for the evo 3. Then at least many of us have one spare part (or 3) less to buy!

Shoot..it looks like they're using those ugly aluminum bulkheads again just like in TB EVO II. Let's hope they make the lightened version for the Surikarn edition just like the ones for the 414MIIs.
