Hey guys,

I have scanned in a copy of the setup sheet for all who lose their setup sheet given by Tamiya when they get their kit.

Jason's Store on Ebay

Just a warning for you all concerning this Ebay seller.

I bought an item from him back in March, left him positive feedback for it and heard nothing more.

I saw that somebody said here that he had a load of the custom diff covers. Off I went to buy a set and to my amazement, found that he had banned me from bidding on his items.

I emailed three times asking why this is and he did not get back to me. Eventually I got a pal to buy the item for me, so I get it anyway.

I emailed Jr-rc telling him (them?) this and that because of the fact that I had asked three times why the situation above existed, without reply, I would publicise it here. He/they then emailed me back saying I would be reported to Ebay for harassment.

Just letting you know......

Ouch. Doesn't sound like much fun. I'll try to get the parts from him still, but like you have said, I haven't recieved an email back from him yet. :(

I did order something from him before, everything is alright, but just didnt feel too good to do business with him. later on if it is not necessary, i would not order from them.

I think I might run it in GT1 and run my TB-02 in GT2. I know I will be their racing for sure. Hey does The Wood have a spring time race that you know of? I think that the gang might be into coming down again if they do.

You should just turn him in on Ebay. Just report him and let them deal with him. Now it makes me wonder if I want to order these diff covers from him now.

Guys,

The clear gearcovers will become available as an 49... number from Tamiya somewhere in the comming months.
Just sit tight for a while.

So you reckon Tamiya are going to release an official version? Cool:lol:

Trust them to do it after somebody else does. They didn't even say they were going to release the vital ali cups and one piece front shaft until after Square did! Hence, one of our 4s has the Square bits and the other has the Tamiya bits.

Latest Mod (to the indoor car)

Loads of slop developing in the steering due to the turnbuckle ends being made out of the same plastic as the :deathstar :deathstar battery bar :deathstar :deathstar

So off I go and get a pack of associated (nice and hard) ones. I bored them out with a dremmel ball tool to fit nicely.

Now no slop:D
