What size are the threaded fan holes in the top of the Black Diamond ESC?
Are they spaced for a 25mm Fan?
Can't remember as I'm at work.

Well, finally got to run my car in Mod at the weekend using a Thunder Power 4.5
Being worried about thermal shutdowns I fitted the following heatsink onto the ESC which I cut down from one used on electronic systems;
At the ed of a 5 minute run the side of the ESC was 41degC and the motor 55degC.
The ESC temp was so low that it wouldn't even register in the firmware. In fact it was running slightly cooler than when running 13.5 boosted.
It was as usual, very smooth and controllable. As it was my first ever meeting in Open Mod I was spending most of my time relearning the track and getting used to proper braking etc.
Will be back the the same track in a couple of weeks for the BRCA national.

Skiddins can you pm me with what motor and settings you used at west london please , i run 17.5 blinky but looking at doing the stafford 2 day national and need all the help i can get lol.
