Are the steel CVD bones available seperately? I looked on the website but I want to make sure I have the right part number.

On the Teemu Chassis the cells are 1.5mm forward of the stock chassis rear position. The BMI is 3mm further forward than that. On asphalt both are very good. Of Rubber tire carpet the Teemu chassis is better but on foam tire carpet the BMI is better. This has to do with weight transfer. The Teemu chassis transfers more weight on to off throttle.

Hey Jason. Anything new planned for the Mi2 for carpet? Maybe a super stiff top deck?

Schumacher has provided stiff top decks to its team drivers in the past. We are asking that they make this top deck a production part this fall. BMI also makes a solid top deck for the Mi2.

Default Anti squat

When I put in spacers for it how do you decide what your anti-squat actually is? For instance a spacer that is 1 mm. would be ...?

I usually just think of it as 1mm anti squat. If you have a setup station you can check it. If I remember right, 1mm anti-squat is a little over 1º last time I checked it with the setup gauges.

If I remember correctly, 1mm spacer = 1.77 deg

Jon I had to use Losi springs today (got them to work) the car had a push but I figured it out after I broke the stupid plastic bones(ended my day) but that was my fault (Spool). Gots to get my hopups but I was running just as fast as my XXX-S I have had 4 years, and the car is nowhere near as good as it will be. Buying a whole set of Xray springs for 25.00!!!! Need one of those P-Dub bumpers!

Get yourself a p-dub bumper for sure. The X-ray springs aren't all that necessary. And no, they're not cheap either. You can achieve pretty much the same thing with AE Blue's in front and Silvers in the rear. The new Schumacher springs that are the right length for TRF shocks are also good. Many guys are using the blue in front and white in the rear. There's a really good article in XRC Magazine a few months back where they used a spring dyno to get the actual spring rates for springs from different companies. It'll allow you to compare much better than going by what they label them as.

I'll be running rubber mod and 19 turn in Vegas. I'm planning on actually having two cars there. One BMI car and one Teemu. This way I'll have the chance to try out both and see what one I like on the rug.
