I use the method that Jon describes as it works for tyres that are of slightly different diameter. If you set if to x on a droop guage, that is fine, but if you then happen to use a tyre that is a little bigger - either because of a thicker insert or bigger wheel, you have changed your droop setting.

Hi Paul... I've got your old Mission Pro that I've just started racing on carpet here in Phoenix...I'm the only Schuie guy... I was also the only Alex guy.
I've got a carpet setup sheet of of Jon Kerr, but am he was using AE springs... what Schuie springs do you recommend on carpet??
I've got them all, just trying to cut down on my test & tune time...
Thanks!
Ron

OK, I just measured mine with the Schumacher gauges. The blocks are 10mm blocks to prop the car up and the 0 on the gauge is at the same level. So with the 2mm plate in the rear and 1mm shims in the front, your measure meant should be 4.5 in the rear and 3.5 in the front. Also remember, you'll get different readings if you change the roll center riser plates. But that's where it should be on the gauge.
