just some notes on lubes.

- be careful of using thick stuff in the front cvd's. the clearance between the o.d. of the bone and the i.d. of the knuckle is tight. if the grease slings out it will fill this gap and really drag down the system. i've had it happen, and now i only use oil on that joint for this reason. i'm sure i just had too much of it on, but i still prefer to be able to freshen up the lube w/o disassembly. a micro-oiler works quite well here.

- the bones/axles are going to wear. they are both aluminum, and aluminum is terrible with respect to abrasion resistance, regardless if they are used with so-called super-lubes. we have one of the nicest axle/bones on the market. just have to replace them more. with diffs, you should still get 3-4 months of weekly racing on them before they are shot.

- diff lubes. on foams, we often run a thicker lube in the front to slow the diffing. i've used both losi brown and green slime with good luck. both of which lubricates way better than silicone and those diffs will almost never crap out because of this. you have to run high tension on them to keep them from slipping, but that falls inline with the goal of dampening out the diff action, so it shouldn't be an issue. again, probably only on foams would this be desireable.

I use AE silicon diff lube (NOT stealth diff lube) and AE black grease on the thrust. The diff lube isn't as thick as the Schuie stuff, and I generally like my rear diff to be as loose feeling as possible without slipping.

I use the stock diff lube. I like it better than anything else I've used before.

And I use Associated black grease for the thrust assembly.

It's really quick on the odd lap but just not consistent. Has good turn in and on power steering but feels just unstable, that's the thing you see, if it was loose of pushing I'd know what to do but, I'm really a bit stuck!

b sure it's not teaked "i'm sure u did ",no bent pin's ...it may be reacting to fast solw it down with oil 50wt in all 4..take some droop out 4,3mm ,b sure your tires have not came loose "check side wall gule"....let me know what u try ...and as allways 1 thing at a time

Hi guys
is there a huge difference between 27t and 19T motors/racing...
I'm not sure If I can handle 19T super stock racing...
Any advice welcome...

I second that. Marc is runnig the same setup back here at home with just one or two small changes and is smoking fast. Not only that but I am fast when I drive his car. When I am faster with his car using his radio with just a lap or two to get used to it than I am with my car and radio that Ive had for months, I know the setup is dialed. Espcially since we run on low-medium bite carpet. It seems pretty universal.
