I have bunch of Xray T1 Factory Kit spare parts, and most of them are still brand new in plastic.

lower bumpers, suspension arms, alumunium bulkheads, 3.3mm main chassis, universals cvd, wheel hex adapter, front one way, rear diff unit, front &uprights, steering knuckles.

@t GEEZ: hey thanks for the tip. ya i found all the parts there but the steering knuckles. what i did find were the ones for the nitro car. i wonder if they're the same thing just different part #'s.

I'm pretty sure they are not. In fact be very careful when buying the T1 pivot ball front suspension parts as there was a design change between the original issue and the later EVO2. Some of the parts are not interchangeable without changing other things including the drive shafts and hubs. It can get very expensive, even if you could find the parts. Use the part numbers supplied with your kit. I'd be willing to bet that most of the available parts are for the later model and I'm pretty sure the car pictured on the last few pages is the original issue T1 that came out around December 2001. That doesn't mean that it hasn't been upgraded, but I doubt it as it really looks bone stock. The C-Hub upgrade kit Part # 300921 brings everything up to the newer suspension design in one package and will also allow you to use the later pivot ball parts. Pivot ball parts are getting much harder to find. In fact the last time I looked, Stormer's inventory did not have everything to completely replace a T1 pivot ball front suspension.

What size tire you useing? 24mm or 26mm?

Why is it excessive? I run 3-4* (which looks to be about what he has) rear toe at my local carpet track, along with everyone else running 13.5 rubber. His tires look like super-hard compound drift tires, and a lot of rear toe may be the hot ticket for a drift setup. Just because it is more than you are used to running doesn't make it "excessive"

Don't have much time to say right now, cuz I'm at the Indoor Championship in Las Vegas. No one here is running more then 1 degree of toe-in. Toe-in is generally used for direction of steering(Straight) the car. Also less friction for car to run, less wear on tires. Whick ever you run, adjust to where the car run to accomodate your type of driving. Drifting, I'd rather set toe-in at 0 degrees. Lots of kit come with exccessive toe-in and may not be adjustable. But try this, Change the lower A-arms position, by reinstall lower arm left to right. Lengthening the ball joints may look uneven. Changing the lower arm will bring to 0 degrees of toe-in. Then it will be adjusted by ball joints.

One of the things I've found with this car to make it go longer is that the drive shafts are easily salvaged by bending them straight again. I also added steering stops using the three hole hubs by attaching a 3mm spacer and screw into the third hole on the bottom, because when you hit something the hub turns and bend the shaft by the hub. I'll take a pic of my straightening device later. You can't do this with Aluminum shafts!!
