I am getting ready for Cleveland and want everything I need to tune for practice so I dont bypass anything.
Oh i see. My friend is going to Cleveland i think, but goodluck with that.

I was also thinking of getting the BMI Chassis as well, but still gotta see my options.

Default Spring question

Has anyone try using the TC3 springs in our X-rays? If they can work, would the 25lb TC3 springs be the same as the 25lb X-ray springs? Thanks.

I have tried TC3 springs on my Xray, i just did it because i didnt have the springs at the time, but i would think the same weight spring for every type of spring.

Now why would anyone want to put springs from a slow car on such a piece of art work such as the Xray.

BTW if you have them and they work go a head. But if you have to buy the associated springs just to save some money, use the extra bucks and get the Xray springs. Don't FUBAR the Xray just to be cheap. (this goes for all that have been asking the question for the past 10 pages)

I have found huge differences in the spring rate from one Associated spring to another, I actually built a rig so I could match my springs because there was such a huge difference....think about it, a pound on these cars is equal to 10lbs on a full scale car, huge margin of error....

As long as they are 22mm long and they will fit front and rear.

Check about 5 pages back and you will see it brought up.
