Does the chassis fit under regular 190mm bodies? Heard the chassis was 195...

The ofna rims that come with the kit and jaco prism rims have a shallow enough hex depth to almost cut the hex drives on the car in half and fit a 190mm shell tightly, still will fit a 200mm tc body much better in stock trim.

Nitrohouse.com has a 200mm protoform TC body for 9.99 right now

Thinking of picking up some skinnier Kyosho hexes to run an LTC body for TC racing. I'm determined to take this thing to Reedy next year

Also if anyone is interested i made a setup sheet for the JL. here is a preview, its was saved as a jpeg cause im not adobe savvy so you cant edit it before printing so you will have to fill it in with pen or use "paint" to fill it in before printing

if anyone would like me to email them the original so they can print it just shoot me a pm with your email address

if you try to save the pic from here and print it comes out funky

Also if anyone wants anything customized on the setup sheet or the size of the setup sheet changed before i send it just let me know, might look distorted if you change this size yourself since i have the over sized original so i can size it however

Good stuff VenturaDC .

I have to say, after being a Cyclone S/TC driver for the last two years, this car has been incredibly EASY to manage... and overall I really look forward to every race weekend now with this car

So we only need to lose 2.5mm per side to make the car 190 overall right?

so since i only have a caliper gauge thats in inches that would be .098in or 1/10th, sound right? ive been home with a fever the last few days so maybe my whole line of thinking is way off lol

sounds easy enough as 1/10th inch is practically nothing

I'm telling you Charlie... 17.5 Pro count me in watch your tail

Ventura- Do normal big TC races call for cars to be strictly 190mm or is it like just common sense kind of? Cause if we can just get LTCs to fit nicely flush then we shouldn't have any problems! I've never had to worry about this so I don't know all my cars have been 190mm lol
