TC3 Forum
The companies that I know made TC3 conversion chassis are below, as well as a few aftermarket companies. There might be a few I'm missing. Most probably don't make a chassis any more, but you might be able to find them used online. You could always contact each manufacturer and see if any are still willing to make a new chassis.
Carbon Fiber Chassis
- BMI Racing (http://www.bmiracing.com/)
- IRS (www.teamirsrc.com)
- Megatech (http://www.megatech.com/results_hop_...den=&hopup=TC3)
- Penguin RC (www.penguinrc.com/)
- Xtreme Racing (http://www.xtremercracing.com/TC3302.cfm)
Titanium
- Hardcore Racing (http://www.hcrracing.com/)
Misc TC3 parts
- CRC Racing - still has aluminum steering knuckles (http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.p...od&prodID=3021)
- GPM Racing Products
- IRS - various drive train parts including an aluminum spool (http://teamirsrc.com/index.php?main_...ort=20a&page=1)
- Megatech
- Niftech (no longer in business?)
- Trinity
----------
If you are looking for a Team Associated based carbon fiber chassis, you can still buy TC4 conversion chassis from the following:
- Diggity Designs (http://www.diggitydesigns.com/)
Hope this info helps

New member here. I just bought a very clean tc3 factory team to run vta with on a small carpet oval. Without looking through all 800 pages of this thread, could someone give me a rundown of current performance upgrades that are recommended for this chassis?
Also, would vcs3 shocks work on the car from a tc6 or is there a better option. My shocks are the only thing that has seen better days.
Thanks in advance!

Only real upgrade for a TC3 on oval that you might want is aluminum steering knuckles. Team CRC still makes/sells them on their website (http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.p...od&prodID=3021)
Not sure about the VCS3, but you should be able to use other shocks on a TC3. The only issue you might run into is shaft length. Most of the newer cars/shocks seem to be designed for cars with lower shock towers.
If you want more adjustments on camber links, you can use the TC4 chassis braces with the TC3 shock towers. If you upgrade to TC4 shock towers, you will need to use the TC4 chassis braces.
One other tip is to use the F+0 on the rear a-arm mount. This will give almost no rear toe-in, which will help the car rotate.
-----------
On oval, the TC3 should have a bit of an advantage since the batteries are on the left & they are further from the center line (compared to most modern touring cars). The extra battery slot is also a good place to put weight/ballast.

Thinking about going to the RC track tomorrow afternoon for the 1st time in several months, should be interesting! Gotta shake the dust off my TC3!
