The batteries are still suspect. I doubt both ESC developed the problem at the same time. You have gotten a batch of defective batteries. I would test the IR of both packs.

If both ESC's are new, then maybe the default voltage cutoff is set too low. Try turning it off. Ask someone else to try running one of your batteries if it turns out not to be the voltage cutoff.

my problem is identical on both sedans

when at dead stop and punch throttle of take off really slow both speedo's cog/stutter pretty bad.

I just put new sensor wires on both cars with no change at all.
Any suggestions ?
How much motor timing are you using with either of the two motors being tested? Too much timing on the can will cause cogging. Set the timing to zero on both motors, and see if the problem is resolved.

Both ESC's are used since beginning of the off road season, havent tried the voltage cut off change yet. I believe i have all them set at 3.4v, i'll be turning that off next and trying it.

didn't ry the novak motor but did play around with the orion motor car and went from +10 degree of timing to 0 then to -10 degrees of timing with no difference what so ever.

Default V4 17.5 motor

It's time for a new 17.5 motor. Has anyone tried the new v4? I would like some feedback regarding performance and how it compares to others like orca, trinity etc. thanks.
