How many times are you going to ask about time shift? Just because Tekin is doing it doesn't mean SP should. Seems to me that you have some issues with SP in that its not living up to what you want out of an esc. I am kind of new here but it seems to be my observation.
the only one who have timing shift is team wave right now. :D there for i asked speed passion to develop firmware that have timing shift. |

from what I recall, speed passion is working on something like boost that tekin has.

From what I know....what Tekin RS has, is adjustable timing boost while the driver in full throttle. It has the option to adjust the timing boost for like 1 second after the full throttle applied...then the speedo's motor timing adjustment will increase the timing from (lets say) 26.25* to 30* for a short period of time...usually, if running 13.5 17.5 21.5...no full throttle will applly more then 3 seconds or so (like indoor carpet) so that extra 2 seconds of 30* timing will create a hugh advantage over the 26.25* timing motor.
Because of that, it look like TURBO, or BOOST on the straight...or like 2nd gear for NITRO car... I don't believe the TEKIN actually BOOST the motor like the real car does...it is the electronic programming that INCRASE the timing for that short period of time like 1 second (or 1/2 second) after the full throttle apply, then when the throttle is released, it will go back to normal. It is all software programming, and may be some hardware modification... This is what I am understanding about the TEKIN...correct me if I am wrong. P.S....at the hurricane racing program under USVTA, all TEKIN turbo feature must be OFF. Because of this rule change...GT2, SPX and RS...they are very much the same now. Again, only the TURBO option must be off, ppl can still crank the timing or whatever boost they can call all the way up to the sky, just no TURBO. |

Turbo also might required a change in the hardware (i know)... but Timing shift is legal, such thing doesn't required change in the hardware, it would only required the firmware/software to do that. so I'm a bit suspicious on why SpeedPassion did not implement/adopt timing shift on GT2. |

Who has used the gt v2.0 with a single cell lipo for WGT?

Maybe you should just get whatever it is that has time shift and leave SP out of your rig.
but yea, I think everyone is/has asked that. |
Skinny use 205C, timing at 9, drrs at 8, no drag brake. Use a lipo reciever pack and don't turn the switch on in the speedcontrol.

But he's right Skinny, and Matty here runs A LOT of 1S! |
Where do we find the V3's at? I have been looking for them everywhere.
Namely the 13.5 and 17.5T's Thanks! |
