You can't. The 371 is given only to 'certain' people. I don't know why. But they warn those users that it'll kill mod motors if set incorrectly. Maybe that's why they don't hand them out. Someone loaded it on mine and so far its been working great. Perfect for the 11.5T we run down here.

Hi guys i just got a SP Brushless motor Version 3 (11.5 turn) may i know what is the diff between a version 2 and version 3. And also what gear ratio and motor timing should i use. I'm also using a Hobbywing 120 amp version 2 ESC what timing should i program the esc? Thanks for your help.

Gearing is similar to V2 motors, 5.0-6.0 fdr depending on track size and layout. AMTS '8'. V3 motors run cooler. Temp about 70C-75C or best lap time, whichever lower.

The software that's already out is better than the 731 s/w in all aspects. If you like hitting top speed 50 feet to late, and once you do not be able to stop, and if your off one setting on timing or DRRS you blow a motor up, than email me and i will send you the 731 software. Once we have software the will benefit our drivers we will release it but not before |
