Don't have a gear diff but all the others is where i was thinking of going.
I forgot to note this on the setup sheet but i've been leaving out the inner front and back top deck screws for sometime now and actually like it.
Have you ever tried removing the front\rear wings to see what the effects are?

i haven't played with the wings -- looks/feels kind of scary to me.

Personally, I like the aluminum steering blocks. I had screws back out or pull out of the plastic ones a few times. Alloy axle pin retainers are a must. The top alloy/cf bellcrank with alloy radial ackerman inserts, is nice. I wish they would make the piece they go into out of alloy too though. I have a ton of unnecessary bits on one of my Photons. She sure is pretty though.
Next time I see you at the track I'll introduce myself. i might not be out to London too often once FastCats Depot starts up for the summer, but I'm sure I'll be out for a few of the points races.
Anyway, go see Lou. He sells every Photon part you could want. He's sold out of the Parma hard bumpers right now though. If you see one, snatch it up. It's one of the best things to change for durability.
Hope you enjoy the car td.

Aluminum bell crank - for use not so perfect drivers
front steel 46mm dog bones - front alu will break
Nice to have;
axle pin holders - makes rebuilding cvd's a breeze
belt tensioner
324, 363, 393 springs - should cover asphalt and carpet conditions
Alu battery holder - awesome battery holder
Alu steering blocks - nice to have
96 spur - allows you to run no timing and timing classes without changing
extra small dia .5, 1, 2mm spacers if you don't have some already
extra large dia .5, 1, 2mm spacers if you don't have some already
obviously spares for breakables are always good.
That should do it.

I'd say a must have is a narrow chassis if you can get a hold of one

I have had my Photon for a long time now...
I have broken one part... Rear hub (My fault)
You already have the steel front shafts, thats good. The next thing I would look at getting is an aftermarket spool (The u pro spool is nice), some springs, the alu battery holders and velcro strap, alu axle pin holders and various spacers.

Go to RROL today. I can't make it, but Lou will probably be there. He would be one of the best guys to talk to. Martin might be there too.
