I guess my local track is going to be running all rubber tires on the carpet this winter which I have never done. Does anyone know of a good setup for the MSXX?

I'm running direct drive and a front diff, blue springs in back, white in front, medium front swaybar, no rear, Sorex 28's, and I have to say my car is hooking up really well. Oh, and a Mazda 6 body. I started with a Mohawk but didn't like it. The MSXX doesn't have much of a reputation as a carpet car, but at least with rubber tires, it slices as well as anything else down there. And we've got it all, TC5's, 007's, Mi3's, yadda yadda.
Is there a front diff for the MSXX? I'm having a hard time finding information on it.

I run an MSXX with a 13.5 at our local track (Seattle Indoor Raceway--'07 Paved Nats), and we laid down carpet this past month.

If your running rubbers on carpet, and unless it's really tight, try a front one-way in the car.... works very well in for stock racing (it's what I always run). For mod, try a spool. Also Vtec 27's are very good on the rug.

Did Marc Rheinard take the Modified Rubber Sedan crown at the recently concluded IIC?
Can anyone confirm it?
If yes, Marc is really on fire! Won the Reedy and now IIC?!?

whats this doing all the way down on the 3rd page.... not much going on at the moment then.
Got the carpet season starting big style next weekend, with the first round of Carpet Wars over here in the UK. Final chance to practise this weekend, and got hold of some new parts to try and make the MRE even quicker on the rug (not that it's slow at the moment!).
Found some one-way outdrives made by atomic, that lock them together, creating a locked oneway, a la Xray's multi diff.
I usually always use a one-way, but have recently been having issues with too much steering at the local club, so thinking this might help out a little, without having to change from my base setup too much.
Hoping for a good result, managed to make the A final in stock at the last round of the wars last year.... setup hasn't changed at all from that since, so I know it'll be fast
