Diff-abuser , pm me if you want to share you're setup findings. I don't know if you had a chance to test this weekend. I'll be at Tamiyacon today helping some of the demo drivers "cheat" in their exhibition "mock" race. Fred thinks they're all gonna run sport stick packs for their race but my brother is gonna let Beale and Brian borrow some "special" stick packs to smoke an unaware Fred. haha.

I had an idea for a front diff for a 415 and was wondering if anyone had tried it?
If you were to switch the positions of the spur gear adapter and the one-way pulley on the layshaft, it would move the front belt over to the left of the chassis. With the front belt now towards the left of the chassis, all you should have to do is purchase another rear diff and flop it around.
Some minor modifications would need to be necessary to the layshaft but I was wondering if this would work.

Not a bad idea. Although I can see a few problems: The servo lugs on the inside would have to be removed. And the front bridge suspension mount would be in the way.

3 clicks up front... 2 in the back... might move it up to 3 clicks each.. maybe even 4 clicks for the front..

ran the car with a 9x1 mod on sunday.. belts got loose.

One in the front, two in the rear using Orion V2 8x1 with a spool. No problems with belt skipping. I may tighten it up more to get a more direct feel with throttle response? Be careful, if you run too loose, the belt might twist upside down onto a pulley.
