I heard the number of sets allowed was extremely limited. Wow its crazy. Is it possible to change the rules if enough drivers protest?

Default Thank U Ed "Try Hard" Clark

This is a shout-out to 'TryHard', used your TiTC setup in Malaysia at one the local tracks and it was right on the money. Thank you for sharing and your blog helps tonnes in getting the car right. I was hooked the moment i saw your car at TiTC and you certainly helped make up my mind with your detailed explanation and willingness to share.

Most of the guys in the this forum has been most forthcoming with the information sharing, really cool thing to see.

Cheers

I have also no problems with leaking diffs. Where comes the Oil out? Maybe you forgot the big o-ring in the middle under the thread?

Not at all. I still have originally built gear diffs with no leakage. One thing I did was to make sure the orings and threads were wet or pre-oiled before assembly. Always found that it help settle the parts together.

Check the orings to see if they were accidentally pinched during initial assembly.

If your finding oil in plastic cover where the diff sits then this is the big o ring seal where Freedy has said, If oil is leaking outside without removing the cover then this would be the outdrive, outdrive would very rare to leak if not impossible if built correctly.

I have had the big O ring leak before, so i replaced this and never leaked a drop since, i must have caught it on a thread. Also makesure your not overfilling the diff as this will feel tight before it seals, but i would say you have caught the O ring like me.

Hope this helps.

You are most likely over filling it causing it to come out of the out drives.

finally my first important result, TQ and win at the third race of Uisp Italian Championship (unofficial national championship) in Stock 13.5 class

my A700 was really fast on the hot asphalt (from 2 to 4 pm over 60°C), and very easy to drive

I hope this result could increase the number of A700 in Italy, I just received many calls from people interested in trying the Awesomatix

in attachment some photos and my setup, derived from the one of Hugo Ragaut

I will fight for the title in the last race in September!

Not stupid question, asked a few times and somewhat confusing.

Red X's on the top deck are cut outs.

Red dots indicate the screw is used in top and lower deck. Lack of red dot on top deck ends can also mean using an ST09 collar with a screw, so it's floating or not fixed.
