A 10.5 F1 even with the advantage of having 2s is not going to compete with a modified 12th scale.
However, with enough grip, I have run similar laptimes to Sedan mod, while running only 21.5 boosted with a proper Foam tire F-103
For Road Course electric racing, the lap times should be this...
235 Pan car>12th scale>F-103 Foam>WGT>Sedan>Minis

In my opinion 12th scale will always be faster due to downforce and dimensions.
A 10.5 F1 even with the advantage of having 2s is not going to compete with a modified 12th scale.
