What surface are you running on? On asphalt, the Older Ride tires or the new XR Ride tires kind of rule them all. GQ tires perform very well as well with medium up front and Super Soft in the rear.

Pit Shimizu still rule them all for carpet followed by CVC

Default Which F1 body shell fit Yokomo YR-10?

Just bought a Yokomo YR-10, and now need to find a body that fits it with the shorty transverse mounted.

Any advise?

Since more manufacture uses TC style shocks for their F1 cars, its hard to say which one is the "BEST". But since they are TC style shocks, Tamiya TRF shocks are considered to be the smoothest, XRAY, Yokomo, Kyosho etc will work as well.

That being said, I dont think switching out to "the best shock" should significantly improve the handling.

I'll keep watch on your site. I was going to use the Tamiya F60 body. Do you know of any body out there that is in the modern F1 style with the new low nose?

I guess everybody uses the normal tire warmers from MuchMore. It depends on the tires if it is a tight or loose fit. Ride is tight, Pit is loose etc. I use the standard Muchmore cups and ad some paper if its to loose.
