I like them for larger tracks that are flowing...
They are to the KD as a Roar Stock is to a CO27...
KD has better torque but the C2 has better Revs...
If I race on a smaller more technical track I would bust out the KD or the Reedy QM...If the track is flowing and larger than the C2 is put in.
Hope that helps,

We have also found either F brushes with red/red combo to work well or XXX brushes with Purple+ and red - to work well also.. Hope this helps..
Thanks John, you rock...as always!

Stop asking stupid questions? Like I said, it's not the motor, it's your stupid driving style.
try racing Matchbox, you might win some races with your classmates!

Having a brain cramp....What are the rollouts for the Blue Can Atlas and the Reedy Quad Mag? Been so long since I've played with either of these and I can't find my notes.
Thanks!
Thanks!

then i changed to my TSUK Atlas with a 5.5 fdr and it was perfect.
also Paul B and i think Chris C was using ratios aout the same.
for motor jord, i would go for 1 that needs the least amount doing to it so V2 again, plenty of torque for the ipswich hills
also where was you yesterday then?

Hi guys
I have a problem with my 19T motor. Its a Fantom, I just got it and hooked it up to my charger to brake in the brushes.
I hade the charger set at 2V and a run time of 1min. I conected the motor and push start, the motor would rev up for 3-10 sek and then shut down.
Motor short circuit or diss conected would show in the display.
I took the motor apart to check it out. The bearings are fine, the brushes(F) got a nice and even wear, the comm locked nice and the axel play was exact.
In short term... I couldent find anything wrong.
Anybody got a nice tip for me what to look for or what to do?
All help are deeply appreciated!

Hi 1armed1
I´m using the Orion avatage charger. The motor pulls around 9-10 amps, mabye thats why.... My power plant can only deliver 10amps.
The funny thing is that it shows motor short circuit in the display.
Thanks man. Will check that out.

Just tryed all my outher motors(all mod) and they ran great in the charger, but they only pull 3-6 amps. So it must be because of the amp draw in the 19T motor.
Thanks for the tip 1armed1.
I may have a stupid question but im new to the 19T motors. Is it normal for a 19T motor to pull over 10amps at 2V?
Must say that the Fantom seems to be a good motor nevertheless. Super nice comm and brush wear. The brushes hoods didnt even need a reangling.
Cant wait to go racing this weekend.

Most of my 19T motors pull 11 plus amps at 2 volts,I use a GFX to check them on, it can handle 20 amps in motor run mode,a really good 19T can pull as much as 13.5 amps of which I have ever had only one do.10 amps isn't that good of a motor.

Do anyone know the maximum "safe" temperature the Dynasty Laydown can run at? I want to know this so I know how to gear it. Is 65C too hot?
