Trying to get a bit more steering off my TB03... the kit is pretty much box stock except for a front one-way, front universals, and TRF shocks. Currently running on yellow-yellow springs, 30wt oil with 3-hole pistons all around.
Also, anybody have tips on how i can lower the ride height? the car sits a little above 7mm with the shock spring collars backed up all the way already.
btw, running rubber tires (tamiya narrow racing slicks) on asphalt, GT Tune motor (its a spec class so there's not much i can do to the motor and FDR)

Second run for my TB03 this weekend... it's certainly getting there.
Setup is going well away from the stock setup, and much more similar to that on my 416.. and it's certainly working. I'm also getting much more used to driving a shaftie again, resisting the temptation just to mash the throttle
Deffiently think I need to invest in a few more upgrades namely the alloy rockers (for better front suspension), steering (occasionally, car feels a bit, removed) and driveline bits (pretty sure the plastic drive cups are losing the car some speed/acceleration) then it should be able to keep up with the more fancy cars at the club...
So current setup;
FRONT;
Sus. Blocks C/C - 1mm under the blocks (kit setting)
Shocks; TRF's, 40wt, 3 hole pistons, White springs, no foam, 2mm rebound.
Hole 2 in arm, 13mm push rod.
Camber link; Inner hole, 1mm under ball stud (hex headed ball stud which is 1mm shorter, so 0mm with standard ball stud)
C-hub spacer; above steering hub
Ride height; 5.5mm
Droop; 5 on gauge
Camber; -2°
Toe; 0.5° toe-out
Roll bar; Medium
Front Axle; Spool
REAR;
Sus. Blocks; XA/D - 1mm under blocks (kit setting)
Shocks; TRF's, 40wt, 3 hole pistons, Blue springs, no foam, 2mm rebound.
Hole 2 in arm, 3 in tower (one in from top)
Camber link; Inside - inner hole, 1mm under ball stud (hex headed ball stud, see above), Outside - outer hole, 3mm under ball stud (hex headed)
Ride height; 6mm

Still got some things to try next time out. having measured the car up against the 416 this evening, I'm going to drop the front roll centre, and move the pushrod out on the arm to help calm the front a little as a result of that change.

All my Spurs/pinions are RW's... the local shop brought a load in, I believe he goes down to a 45t Spur

Had a day off on friday, so decided to go do some testing, and made a big improvement to my '03.
Main changes were to the drop the front roll centre a little, and combine it with some kick-up to help cope with the local tracks bumps (dropped the spacers under the rear link to 0.5mm, and placed 1.5mm under the inner camber link).. and the biggest change I made was to the rear wheelbase, swapping the spacers on the arms around, with 1.5mm in front, 3mm behind.
The car now happily wants to rotate in the turns, and is much faster to drive Shame I couldn't race today, but when I put it up against the rest of the locals soon, I'm sure a 19lapper is on

This is the correct centre one-way link... TB03 Centre one way
It basically replaces the spur gear holder and rear input shaft, with a single piece. The rear pinion gear goes on the blue alloy (into the rear gearbox), and the rear centre drive shaft cup goes onto the black shaft.
The black shaft then sits in the blue piece, suspended by the one-way bearings (not visable).
