Set your Boost down and replace it with Turbo.
As you lower your boost to 45 and set 10 Turbo, You will have a smoother acceleration.
What you also can do is use this setup.
Boost 50
Turbo 10
Turbo delay 0
Turbo ramp 2
Start RPM 5100
End RPM 17000
Throttle 5
Gearing 7FDR (to start with) Watch the motor temp.
As you don't do full throttle, your car drives easier away.
So for the infield this is better to drive.
When you hit the straight. give full throttle and you fly away.
As you want even more acceleration set your Turbo ramp to 3. Hold on this is fast.

i changed my gearing to 6.6 and the car flys
good and progressave on the infield and QUICK on the straight
i think next time i test i will try turbo ramp 3 and see what happens
motor temps are about 80 degrees C so this is ok as i am driving for longer then 6 mins

Thank you phil. that's pretty much like our track, perhaps ours is tighter but same surface area.

As you set the Turbo ramp to 3, you will have even a faster monster in your hands.
I like the infield with this setup. You can drive easy in the infield. and have fantastic acceleration when needed.
It's is based on Jason Schreffler his setup so thank him for it.
The only thing I did was trying this setup and playing a bit with the Boost and Turbo ramp to get a personal setup.
He has on his 10,5T setup the Turbo ramp on 3.
I use 2 because I found 3 to much for me.
Also did I lower a bit of the Boost and lowered the end RPM to 17000 for my 10,5T.
I didn't loose any top speed on the indoor track but the car accelerated a bit smoother on the straight and in the infield.
Jason is a better driver than me. I can't handle that much of power.
Phil I tried it with the 10,5T on Ramp 3 but I drove my car in pieces.
It's fast so be care full and check the temp after 1 mint because your motor will get hotter with the Turbo ramp on 3.
You can lower the Boost to lower the temp a bit or gear down a bit.
90C must be possible for the motor. GM says that that is the best temp for there motor to run on with the best results but I would be holding that as the max and try for the 80C.

Try running 20,000 end rpm, 5442 start rpm and 40 boost. That is a pretty wide powerband for Tc. Should be pretty close the the blue box.
Advice for RS Pro, v203 and a 4.0T for TC. Should I bother with any of the settings or just program the speedo for fwd, brake and neutral?

It looks like the late thread is to have a higher start rpm as around (4000 to 5000), will this be more suitable for a indoor small-mid size track?(less than 100ft long straight)? Or generally this is now a more 'overall' usable starting points?
And in terms of controlling the temp, what changes of setting is most sensitive to increase the motor temp? (hopefully this is not too theoretical a question to ask) Will it be wise to use Schreff's snowbird setting (reversing the turbo and timing boost) as a mean to control heat? Circuit I run at is somewhat large(120ft+) and has semi-technical infield.

It's all a matter of personal prefference really. If the track is shortish and you're running TC than yes a bit higher start rpm will get some snap out of the corners as it CAN allow you to run a bit of motor timing.

I run on a large outdoor asphalt track, and with our new layout which is semi-technical (has a few tight hairpins) I have found a 2,500 start RPM to work the best. 1,500 seemed to bog down the motor, and 4,000 had a noticeable lag in the boost coming in. This is in 17.5, although most of the 13.5 guys are running a similar setup.

Very smooth power, and fast.
I run in Sensored mode, too, there are more power, but is easy overheat the motor, i put TMB:5, Turbo: 5-10, delay:0.5, other setings the same, very fast and easy to drive.

Can anyone tell me what sort of RPM a 10.5 and a 13.5 motor are reaching at the top end, I know it's a bit dependant on gearing etc but a rough idea would be fine. The figure without turbo etc.
I do remember 27t's used to reach 25k off load but would get nowhere near that on track.
I'm interested to know as I want to better understand the upper rpm limit for the timing.
