I hope this helps, also this is in s E4RS
You are WAY overtimed. You have nearly 77 degrees of timing! That will generate a ton of heat and a HUGE power bog.

Drop your turbo to 12, drop your motor timing to 0 and drop your turbo ramp to 2.0

Go drive the car.

I am racing 17.5T, not 13.5T, but I got around 75 degrees of timing in my setup using a Speed Passion V3 (10 endbell, 50 boost, 15 turbo, 5k start, 15k end, Turbo ramp 3) and got low temps (50c after 6 min) geared at 5.7. I have experienced great temps and no power bog.

Wow you must be racing in a fridge or something. Setting like that would kill my duo 2 17.5 in 5 mins.

I have slowly added more timing and kept a close eye to the temps. With these settings I am reaching 50c / 120F after 6 min. This is indoor carpet racing, with an air temp at 18c / 64F.

Having low temps doesn't mean the motor is working well though. With all of the timing business, you are looking for a balance between speed and acceleration. I'd suggest you may have speed, but could get a lot more acceleration by dropping the guts out of the timing.
There is a reason the pro's don't run massive timing.....

I'm not losing anything in acceleration compared to the other guys. I did have to much acceleration / power with an FDR at 5.95 causing my tires to spin, so I dropped my FDR to 5.7.
