I would think that for a 20c pack that would be good value for $$ especially for the Mini class.

One way around this that I can see is have an intentionally weakened line, like a high pressure tank.

That way when a cell does puff all that happens is it splits the case on that line.

That might work, but you still have the wrap covering the break line.

It looks identical to a Core 3250 to me. Not too many pics of either that I could find though.

Soon there will be a an "upgrade" kit for these batteries.

It will be a $5 Core 3250 sticker to make the pack legal at ROAR events

it looks like an iPhone so it must be just as good, right? it doesn't have a touch screen, doesn't have nearly as many features, and costs marginally less than the real deal.

it looks like a mercedes C class so it it must be just as good right? people die in these things at 10 mph crashes.

You're examples don't really make sense since these aren't knock offs. Its relabelled products but it is the same products. I beleive the only one that makes thier own Lipo packs are Max Amps

They HAVE to be crap stuffed in a core case.....

I have used LOTS of lipos in the past few years in my BL stuff, and you get what you pay for.... Granted a BL 8th scale truggy pulls alot more current then a TC, but those batts cant be real core batts...
