World GT is the 1/10th pan car class. This class is coming back strong now a days. Currently CRC, Speedmerchant and BMI make kits.

Questions?? servo compatibility

I'm going to order the subj chassis and one question is still unclear - list of compatible mini servos that are exactly centered while using standard chassis mounting holes. Do the following models fulfill this condition?
1. Futaba S9650
2. KO Propo PDS-951 ICS

The new chassis are modificated....so all should fit now.
To make sure buy a GM DS3781, which is same as the JR
servo in the US.

I think the JR number is 3650....

Futaba will NOT! Gives you 2 mm difference.

I have to order from rcmushroom, I'm not sure they've got a new version.
Btw, how can it be identified?

Easy. If you put in a Futaba servo and it is not centered, then you got the "old" version
Only Serpent and the Mushroom's together could tell you what Mushroom's are selling, but this is not easy to organize, if at all.

By the way, a question to the Serpent guys: does this mean that all those who got the old version, got wrong product?

I confirm Markus.

I have done like he said in a past message.
Bought a JR 3650 with Stormer and he works great.

The JR 3550 (analog) and JR 3650 (digital) are a perfect fit on the first generation chassis. Not sure if the 3550 is still being manufactured. I know that JR did a manufacturing run of the 3550 a few years ago due to demand but not sure if they are still making them.

Any servo with the same physical dimensions as the JR 3550 or 3650 will work.

Hey, Markus, missed you this year at Vegas. The new S120 is a lot different than the prototype car we had at Vegas two years ago, eh? This is by far, the finest kit I have ever assembled and to top that off, it is awesome on the track!!!
